WISHES DELIVERED

To help UPS make a difference in the lives of many during the holidays, we created a social-powered site that allowed people to share personal messages, view inspiring stories, and see real wishes come true.

THE CHALLENGE

When most people hear UPS, all they think about are package deliveries. In an effort to shift brand perception and spread good will during the holidays, they wanted to create a campaign that delivered real wishes to real people using the power of social media to spread the word and get people engaged.

THE APPROACH

As part of a larger Wishes Delivered campaign we created a social-powered website that aggregated wishes submitted from Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using the #WishesDelivered hashtag. We moderated all of the submissions and helped UPS identify a few of the most heartfelt ones to grant. As wishes went viral, people were encouraged to share wishes of their own.

  • User-generated wishes and branded video content were featured on a beautifully designed digital mosaic.
  • We optimized content for mobile, tablet, and desktop using a fluid grid and flexible design.
  • The simple, streamlined design allowed the high-quality video content to take center stage on the page.
