To highlight how UPS’s corporate responsibility efforts extend beyond the environment to include their customers and communities around the world, we created a site that showcases UPS’s commitment to doing more in every aspect of their business.

THE CHALLENGE

UPS’s commitment to doing more for the environment, their customers, and communities around the world had reached an all time high, but public perceptions were falling short because of the lack of awareness and visibility into their corporate responsibility efforts.

THE APPROACH

We created a website experience that allowed UPS to connect with people through rich storytelling and education. By using full-bleed imagery, animated illustrations, long scroll experiences and responsive design, we focused the spotlight on UPS’s promise of delivering a more sustainable tomorrow, today.

  • A fun, interactive sustainability personality quiz helped drive traffic to the site and increased social engagement.
  • Full-bleed imagery put the focus on UPS employees, their customers and communities around the world to add warmth and humanity to the experience.
  • Long scrolling pages, full of rich content and animated illustrations gave the user an immersive storytelling experience.
