THE CHALLENGE
During the holidays, UPS expected to deliver over 34 million packages worldwide. And while they were fully prepared to handle the rush, they wanted to pass along helpful tips to ensure the safe and timely delivery of customer shipments and drive positive sentiment about their preparedness to handle the busy shipping season.
THE APPROACH
We created a series of short, videos covering a range of shipping topics that educated customers on common questions and tips. The videos took an entertaining, yet informative approach to an otherwise dry subject and made shipping easier for their customers.
